我完全同意你的看法,从设计、制造、装配的角度来看,蜗轮确实比斜齿轮复杂,但是,从使用性能来看,蜗轮要优于斜齿轮,蜗轮适用于高功率的传动机构上,你的电机性能参数显示,该电机的功率很大,最大输入功率超过1400W,这是一款很给力的电机!由于你的齿轮箱尺寸已定型,齿轮箱任何外形尺寸的变更都不再允许,所以,我只能建议,在不影响整机性能输出的情况下,适当降低电机的功率,同时适当变更齿轮总传动比(以保证整机的输出性能不变)。你描述的该机型有6个档位,以及工作时并不需要很大的输出扭矩,或许,适当降低电机的功率能解决你的问题。

Hi,Stone,

There have been lots ideas to be provided is thankful for me, but we choosed motor is to base on our machine need show its proformance. althought motor has some rest power, unable to reduce its spec. so as to meet with our machine all attachments showed function.
Our machine has three output settings, there is different funiction at different speed setting, there is different speed for different attachment. the motor energy has very good stribution for per attachment about its speed and power.

Recently, I measured the precision of worm and helical gear, their precision are so lower, both are grade 11, I will rise their manufacture presicion, maybe able to be available for my problem...
