职位描述
工作职责：
-独立完成电动工具齿轮失效分析，提供解决方案
-分享经验并对齿轮的设计提供基础方法和指导方针
-培训年轻工程师或提供专场课程培训，以提高团队的专业齿轮知识
-咨询服务或其他渠道以解决齿轮设计中面临的问题

任职要求：
-本科学历及以上，机械背景专业
-精通包括粉末冶金和机加工在内的圆柱齿轮、直齿锥齿轮和圆弧锥齿轮的设计和加工工艺，有丰富的齿轮失效分析的理论和经验，在齿轮的噪音振动以及脂润滑有独到的见解
-二十年以上的齿轮研究工作经验,有电动工具行业经验优先
-良好的沟通

Responsibilities:
-Work independently on power tool gear failure analysis, and provide solutions
-Share experience to all product development engineers and contribute on the fundamental method and guideline for gear design
-Deliver specialized knowledge training or on-job training, to improve the product development team’s overall knowledge on gear
-Consult the service center or other means to solve the technical issues on gear

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical background
-Strong knowledge on cylindrical gear, bevel gear (including PM and machined material) design and manufacture process, skilled in gear failure analysis theory and experiences, good at gear NVH and grease lubrication
-More than 20 years working experience in gear field，having power tool experiences is preferred
-Good communication
