SQE(Gears) / 供应商质量工程师(齿轮方向)


Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
We expect the SQE to coordinate the processes to ensure suppliers quality meets Comer requirements and international/local standards when applicable.  

In particular He/She will have the following responsibilities:
 Visit the suppliers to evaluate their organization and qualify them
 Develop and sustain continuous improvement of suppliers with periodical audits, definition of quality plans, improvement of supplier quality systems
 Intervenes in case of quality issues to resolve the problem in short time and with the least impact on customer satisfaction and plant  performance
 Coordinates and executes internal audits
 Elaborates key indicators to ensure that activities defined in the quality system and result of the quality processes are properly implemented
 Cooperates with purchasing and logistic team to develop strategies for supplier performance improvement
 Ensures that suppliers fully understand and commit to supply in conformity with Comer quality standards (NSQ)


Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Engineering required
- Relevant (3 years plus) experience in quality roles within a mechanical industry. Knowledge of the processes of machining (Gears) quality and safety standards.
- Structured, analytical way of working, motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment
- Languages: fluent English speaking

要求：
本科学历，机械工程/材料专业为佳
3年以上机械行业相关质量管理经验，熟悉齿轮机加工工艺及质量标准
熟练的英语沟通能力
