大型外资传动设备公司诚聘：齿轮产品设计高级工程师/Gear Design Sr. Engineer

工作地点：深圳

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the gear design and project leader for mini gear used for ToTo washlet opener and camera application;
2. Be used for gear design, testing, noise analysis with good knowledge and experience on worm, worm gear, planetary gear, plasic& metal gear and production and so on;
3. New gearbox development and application in medical device;
4. New gearing development, e.g.leadscrew, mechansim, etc;
5. Team support in FEA/Simulation/Noise&vibration.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanics/Mechantronic, at least 3 yrs working experience in Gear design;
2. Knowledge and experience in new gearing & application, gear & mechanism knowledge and skill in medical device;
3. Gear performance optimization, new design solution, failure and fatigue analysis are best for the position;
4. Motor knowledge and gear & motor noise analysis is preferable for the position;
5. Mini metal and plastic gear design is preferable;
6. Working knowledge of design calculations, manufacturing process and molding process;
7. Gear performance optimization and new design solution is best for the position.
