Position：Technical Service Coordinator

Location：上海

Job Description: 工作内容:

-Coordination of Service actions and action plans
-Cooperation on projects and technical support for Sales department
-Participate experimental work (technology, process optimization, etc)
-Contact and support to customer on phone and other media
-Definition of spare parts and action for eliminating error
-Technical support for customer and colleagues
-Function controls, System tests and pre-acceptance (also with customer) before Delivery
-Interpretation of Errors and systematic elimination of error
-Make up and cultivate a data management system/Knowledge databaseRequirement

Job Requirements: 岗位要求
- University graduate with background in engineering, preferable Mechanical engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in the field of tooling machines with administration skills.
- Capable of working independently
- Good knowledge in operating computer
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- No gender preference
