Chiaphua Components Limited, which was founded in 1922, is one of the eight leading motor manufacturers in the world. In 1987, we established factories in the mainland, we are a leading international supplier of high-performance motors and components, serving virtually every market in every corner of the world, including China, Europe and the United States, the Middle East, Africa and Australia etc.Our factory is about 63,000 square meters, which is garden-style, there are more than 5,000 employees(of which are nearly 200 engaging in R&D). 捷和公司始建于1922年，是世界主要的八大馬達製造商之一，1987年在中國大陸投資建廠，主要設計、生產和銷售電機、微電機，產品銷往中國大陸、歐美、中東、非洲、澳洲等數十個國家和地區。廠房面積達63，000平方米，為園林式廠區，在職員工5000余人（其中研發人員近200人）。公司廠區內設有員工飯堂、宿舍、ATM取款機、閱覽室、乒乓球室、卡拉Ok室、桌球、健身器材、籃球場、足球埸、羽毛球場、燒烤場等，并設有員工醫務室。
公司建立了現代企業管理制度，通過了ISO9001:2000、ISO14001和TS-2等國際管理體系認證。為更好地滿足客戶需求，加大產品研發力度，公司2007年9月在深圳南山區高新技術產業園同方信息港建立了研發中心。
