工作职责：
-独立完成齿轮失效分析，提供解决方案
-分享经验并对齿轮的设计提供基础方法和指导方针
-培训年轻工程师或提供专场课程培训，以提高团队的专业齿轮知识
-咨询服务或其他渠道以解决齿轮设计中面临的问题

任职要求：
-本科学历及以上，机械背景专业
-坚实的齿轮失效分析知识
-二十年以上的齿轮研究工作经验
-良好的沟通

Responsibilities:
-Work independently on gear failure analysis, and provide solutions
-Share experience to all product development engineers and contribute on the fundamental method and guideline for gear design
-Deliver specialized knowledge training or on-job training, to improve the product development team’s overall knowledge on gear
-Consult the service center or other means to solve the technical issues on gears

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical background
-Strong knowledge on gear failure analysis
-More than 20 years working experience in gear field
-Good communication
