-        Responsible for solving the manufacturing technical problems, maintain and improve production line负责并解决制造加工技术问题，维持并改善生产线的生产状态；
-        Edit operation instruction for new products, and train and evaluate staffs编写新产品的作业指导书，并对员工进行相应的培训和考核；
-        Make Cycle time of production line, make and update standard production capacity生产线Cycle time的制定，标准产能的制定与更新；
-        Evaluate and confirm current production capacity, lead production team to meet CPK现有生产能力的评估与确认,领导小组采取相应的行动实现CPK的满足；
-        Develop and confirm local raw material supplier together with purchasing engineer in order to lower cost and shorten lead time与采购工程师合作发展并确认本地原料供应商,以实现成本的降低和交货期的缩短；
-        Responsible for transferring production line, designing layout for new factory and distributing production line staffs负责转移生产线和工厂的Layout设计,以及确认生产线标准人员的配置；
-        Improve technology of manufacturing equipment to increase the efficiency and lower product cost参与生产加工设备的技术改良，提高效率，减少停机时间,降低产品的成本；
-        Establish and lead a team to analyze the reason of customer complaint and make suitable solution or prevention proposal to improve the quality and meet customers’ requirements负责成立并领导小组分析客户投诉的原因,制定相应的解决/预防方法以提高品质,满足客户的需要；
-        Cooperate with colleagues to increase production capacity and quality与公司内部成员合作努力提升产能与质量标准；

Requirements
-        Bachelor or above of science and engineering major or related理工科相关专业本科及以上学历；
-        At least five-year related experiences of gear manufacturing有5年以上齿轮制造相关行业工作经历；
-        Familiar with software like AutoCAD, Project, Office etc.能熟练使用AutoCAD，Project，Office等软件；
-        熟悉齿轮制造相关工艺，能够编制新产品的作业指导书,流程图,FMEA；
-        Be able to analyze production line problems and solve the problems能对生产线出现的新问题作出正确的分析/判断,采取相应的行动解决该问题；
-        Good oral and written English and can work in English working environment英语听说读写良好,能适应英文的工作环境；
-        Professional and team work良好的敬业精神，具有较好的团队合作精神；
-        Good sense of responsibility and can work under pressure较强的工作责任心、能够承受高强度的工作压力；
