难以想象齿轮图纸上所标的渐开线起始圆是根据刀具直接算出的,应该是齿轮设计者根据啮合需求设计出来的,在这个阶段,刀具还没设计出来。

一把触角滚刀经过计算验证的话当然有可能可以应用于多个不同参数的齿轮。
实在不行,甚至可以通过调整滚齿齿厚和留磨量来变不能为可能。
我的意思是说在齿轮设计阶段由齿轮设计者给出的渐开线起始圆一般应称作TIF,
是体现齿轮设计意图的,一般是sap或sap再靠下一些(spline所说的方式很常见)。
然后才是刀具商设计刀具,之后才有真正的渐开线起始圆。
看这篇主贴,直接写在齿轮图纸上的很可能是tif,而并非由刀具算出来的
(刀具要根据这个tif设计,要使得实际的渐开线起始圆再小一些)。
虽然数值上我没有验证,spline的计算方法很可能是对的。
